After choosing which product to buy from our site, all you have to do is complete the online order form. Finish adding items to your shopping cart then fill out the online order form. Afterwards, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to finish up the details of your purchase.
Once the payment method is approved, the item that you ordered will be sent through express post. This means that you can get your hands on the beautiful Pashmina shawl or other products that you ordered as soon as possible. The applicable shipping fee is covered as part of the pashmina purchase.
To make sure that you are getting your package on-time, we will provide you with the corresponding tracking number. Please keep in mind that the delivery time for your pashmina product will be around 7 days from the time of purchase.
Customers who are not happy with their purchases have the right to return the product to the manufacturer. We are more than happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price. We will offer a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- The products are inspected immediately upon receipt, and that we are notified should the customer wish to return the item/s.
- The product is returned within a 100-day period.
- The product has not been damaged, altered, torn, washed or the tags are removed. The items returned should be in brand new condition, with the original packaging still intact.
- The buyer should not have issues with the colour or the handmade quality of the Pashmina shawls. The full product description is indicated on the site, so we are not responsible for any discrepancies with the weave and dye colours.
If the product mailed out is deemed refundable, please wait for up to 7 days for the credit to be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to the account used for the original purchase. Delivery address can be provided by contacting us from the contact us page.
